Assignments for the Winter

1. 專題至問卷調查止(?)--Lily規定的並發完問卷&統計 (動作比較慢的組別,可以利用寒假先寫;因為99-2開學後一個月內會完成整篇paper)
今年比賽提前,寒假完後即交稿;所以預定參與比賽的組別,請於寒假前告知Chris,寒假完成paper及修改事宜) 規則在此

課文翻譯與重點分析
1. Your first step, if you are smart, is to get a patent.(見第3行)
(1) N + is to V ....

be動詞 + 不定詞 的使用時機:

2. Patents are agreements between inventors and the government, giving inventors ownership of their creations for a certain amount of time.(見第5行)
